Our stunning lodges and glamping have been a passion project for the architect and designer owner. You will find three completely unique lodges to chose from with decor ranging from fresh and contemporary to maximalist all with their own take on english botanicals to help you relax and connect with nature during your stay.

Magnificent views, relaxed atmosphere and beautifully designed lodges. Choose from either 4 or 6 occupancy self-catering lodges or up to 8 in the Marabou safari tent. All have a stunning setting with lakeside views on our family owned farm in the heart of the countryside. Relax on your veranda with seating in your own personal outdoor space to enjoy views across the lake.

All lodges have ramped access from the driveway and visitors can park directly outside the front door. All lodges have accessible width doors.

All lodges sleep 4 people with an optional extra of a sofa bed in Woodpecker and Skylark for a further two. Fishing is included on the easterly side of the lake.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at the heart of our farm in Northamptonshire. All the lodges have central heating, lighting, mains hot/cold water, linen and towels, flat screen smart TVs and WiFi included in the price. Enjoy egyption cotton hThere are full laundry facilities on the site. Fishing in our lake stocked with carp, perch & tench is included in the price.

Taking inspiration from Sydney Pollack's Oscar-winning film, 'Out of Africa' we are creating a colonial style safari tent with atmosphere to offer you complete escapism. The exclusive glamping area is located away from the main camping field for privacy. Like colonial structures the tent is raised up on timber stilts and boasts a stunning view of the lake from it's generous deck.

The tent benefits from a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. You'll be able to prepare food in the kitchen and cook with a gas hob or the wood burning stove oven. The tent opens up to the south west facing deck. You'll find both indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas.

As always with Brook Meadow you can expect the very best quality in design, a cosy atmosphere, unique styling and complete comfort so you can really have the very best of stays and create magical memories.

One bathroom is provided in the safari lodge with hot and cold running mains water, slipper bath with shower over the bath and toilet. Additional washroom facilities, (should you need them) are no more than 250 meters away. Sleep like a dream in luxury bedding, with only the canvas between you and the night sky above. Connect with nature whilst enjoying the luxury you deserve; wake to the sound of bird song and the rustle of leaves, unwind and reconnect.

Children will thrive on the adventure and absolutely love bedding down in the sweet cabin bed or in the adorable tent beds we've made for the mezzanine. The layout can work for two families of four, or a group of up to 8. We have tested the cabin bed and successfully slept 4 eight year olds in it. Next door the master bedroom has a fourposter kingsize bed and upstairs there is another kingsize bed and two single tent beds.

Almost everything in the tent has been hand picked, up-cycled or made bespoke to create a magical experience unique to Brook Meadow.

Woodpecker lodge has been decorated to a high specification with a calming, English botanical flavour to connect with nature and the lakeside setting. The lodge has a beautiful view of the lake from the living spaces. This stunning and harmonious lodge interior has been decorated with creativity by an award winning designer. It is fully serviced with weekly clean and linen change. Guests will enjoy sleeping on quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton bedding and cosying up with velvet cushions in front of a fire. You will find a well equipped kitchen to eat in and all you should need to relax, kick back in luxury on a great escape.

The bathroom has a full-length bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet and baisin. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge there is a flatscreen TV and a DAB radio. There is also free WiFi.

No pets allowed in Woodpecker Lodge.

There is an enclosed veranda with stunning views over the fishing lake.

The minimum stay is 3 nights which can start on any day of the week. Prices start at £245 for a 3-night stay. This includes heating, linen, towels and your fishing pass to our 5-acre carp and tench stocked lake

Skylark has a large main bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a twin-bedded room with 2 single beds. There are two, single pull-out sofa beds in the lounge.

There is a separate family bathroom with full-length bath (with shower-over), toilet and basin.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.

The large lounge has sliding panoramic doors opening onto your own decking, offering breathtaking views over the lake. There is a TV, DVD player and DAB radio.
