Mead Cottage is a detached house which stands in its own fenced garden with outstanding views of the sweeping valley. Mead Cottage has 2 double rooms both with en-suite shower rooms and 2 twin rooms which share a third bathroom.

Downstairs the well equipped family kitchen and breakfast room leads onto the dining room with seating for 10. The comfortable cosy living room with log fire, free view television, DVD player and video player has doors leading onto the patio area and the large private fenced garden.

The utility room and cloakroom make this a comfortable spacious cottage suitable for a large family or two families on holiday together as it accommodates 8 people plus 2 cots

Spindle Cottage is a semi detached barn conversion cottage with a double room en-suite and a twin room with a private bathroom on the ground floor and a twin room en-suite upstairs. The bathrooms on the ground floor are both suitable for a wheelchair user and a wheeled shower chair is provided for the en-suite shower/wet room.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric double oven and fridge freezer as well as the usual electrical appliances.

The comfortable and spacious living/dining area has table seating for 12, comfortable seating for 8, a flat screen T.V.with freeview channels, a DVD player, a video player, a cd player, radio and an open fireplace with wood provided.

The cottage also has patio doors allowing easy access from the living room onto its own fenced garden with a private patio area with patio furniture and a lawned area.  A cot, highchair and a stair gate are also provided.

The cottage is centrally heated by oil and this with the electricity and wood for the fire are included in the rental.

The cottage is level throughout and has a category 2 accessibility grading.

Granary Cottage is a spacious detached barn conversion, with wooden beams and ceilings . The cottage sleeps 8+ cot with 2 double rooms both with en-suite shower rooms, a twin bedded room and a room with bunk beds which share a third bathroom.

The large comfortable living room has a freeview T.V. a DVD player and a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace.. The well-equipped fitted kitchen/dining room has a microwave, dishwasher, electric double oven cooker and fridge freezer as well as the usual electrical appliances and the cottage has table space for up to 12 people. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry room and a cloakroom downstairs. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs. A cot, highchair and a stair gate are also provided.

The cottage is centrally heated by our efficient biomass boiler so making it a warm cosy cottage with masses of hot water and this with the electricity and wood for the fire are included in the rent. The well-kept garden has a patio area, patio furniture and lawn and is fully fenced. Parking is available for up to three cars.

 Grey Mare Cottage is named after the English Heritage ancient long barrow site found on Gorwell Farm. The cottage which sleeps 6 is an attractive stone built, semi-detached cottage of approximately 150 years and is equipped with comfort and safety in mind. On entering the cottage you will find a conservatory/dining room which overlooks the large garden, a large kitchen with a double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer etc, a comfortable spacious sitting room with a flatscreen T.V. with freeview,dvd player video player and a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and a bath. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a double room, a twin room and a bunk room and a shower room.

The cottage is centrally heated by oil which is included in the rent along with the linen, towels, electricity wood for the log burner as well as cot, stair gate and highchair should you need them.
The well kept garden with patio area and furniture is fully fenced.

 Bride Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion which sleeps 2-4+ cot with 1 double room with an en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedded room with a private shower room.

The comfortable living room/dining room with an inglenook fireplace and wood burner has a freeview T.V. and DVD player, sofa seating for 5 people and dining space for 6. The well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker and fridge freezer are in the main area of Bride Cottage.

Both the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Linen and towels are provided along with a cot, highchair and a stair gate should they be needed. The cottage is centrally heated by our efficient biomass boiler and this with the electricity and wood for the fire is included in the rent. The cottage has its own small fully fenced garden with patio furniture.

Sundial Cottage is an attractive stone built semi detached cottage which sleeps up to 5 people + a child in a cot. There is one bathroom in Sundial Cottage which is found on the ground floor and which has a shower and a bath. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living room. The cottage also has its own fenced garden.

On entering the cottage through the spacious area for boots coats etc you will find on the ground floor a well sized well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room/ dining room with a colour flat screen T.V., DVD player, video and wood burner with wood provided and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a double room, a twin bedded room and a single room. Sheets, duvets with covers and pillowcases are provided. The cottage is centrally heated by oil which is included in the rent along with the linen and electricity as well as cot, stair gate and highchair should you need them.
