Warm & homely welcome, superb en-suite accommodation. We have four rooms, two of which are ground floor rooms, excellent breakfasts using fresh, local produce where ever possible, set on working farm in peaceful Cheshire countryside.

Warm & homely hospitality is assured at  Ash House Farm whether for business or pleasure.  Enjoy a full farmhouse Aga cooked breakfast at our family run, mixed working farm, using local produce and fresh eggs, apple juice from our own orchard, or a lighter option of cereals, yoghurt and toast.

Breakfast is served in the lovely Georgian Farmhouse Dining room/Lounge with log fire.

The guest rooms are located in The Fruit Store Annexe which is situated in the courtyard by the Farmhouse, all rooms are en-suite, finished to a high standard and are equipped with small silent fridges. They all have tea/coffee facilities, flat screen televisions, free Wifi and underfloor heating.

Enjoy the large garden and excellent views of the Cheshire countryside. Secluded parking; also parking for large vehicles, trailer etc.  Very rural, excellent for country walks, only a short distance from A49 and M56 J10. Excellent local pubs serving good home cooked food.  Early breakfasts available

This room is situated on the ground floor with under floor heated wood flooring and a lovely double leather sleigh bed. This room has a very large window dressed in Liberty furnishings and an American rocking chair for you to relax in after a hard day. There is a trouser press, free WiFi internet access, flat screen T V, hairdryer, bathrobes and a fridge for snacks/food etc. The en-suite has a bath with powerful shower over. This room is very spacious and has the sun beaming in through the large window.

The King room is situated on the first floor with exposed beams. This room has king size brass bed, TV, trouser press, a small silent fridge and is very spacious and luxuriously furnished to a high standard.  There is a hospitality tray providing fruit teas, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and biscuits.  In addition, the King room comes with a very luxuriously fitted en-suite, which has recently been refurbished to include a large walk in shower and heated towel rail, also provided is a range of toiletries and bathrobes.
