Luxury self catering accommodation near the historical village of Ribchester with pool and spa onsite. Modern, open plan cottages with private, fully serviced hot tubs, wood burners and en-suite bedrooms.

Based in the beautiful Ribble Valley, we are on the doorstep of The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland (AONB.) There a plenty of picturesque villages to discover with walking, cycling and plenty of fresh air on offer.

Each of our properties is unique, starting with an accessible bungalow sleeping 4 to a spacious, award-wining detached house sleeping 16. Hot tubs are standard in each of the houses, as are private gardens, wood burners and en-suite bedrooms. Based on a small, hobby farm there are sheep and cows in the surrounding fields as well as direct access to public footpaths.

Many local attractions are easily accessible and the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland (AONB) are within a comfortable driving distance. Based beside a working farm, there are views across the neighbouring countryside and many walking routes nearby.

It is a firm favourite with extended families and large groups of friends. (It is suited to celebrations as there aren't many residential neighbours nearby.)

There is a basement featuring a cinema room, table tennis and snooker room and a large mirrored space- perfect for yoga or dance. 
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range of appliances and seating (including a breakfast bar) for up to 16 people. There is a sitting room with wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player as well as a downstairs bedroom (twin or super-king), utility space and shower room. 
On the upper two floors, there is a range of bedroom types. Some superking with balconies, en-suite and walk-in wardrobes and one large family room at the top of the 4 storey property. The family bathroom is particularly luxurious with dual sinks, power shower and bateau bath.

On the ground floor you will find a superking/twin bedroom with en-suite. There is a spacious kitchen with seting for 16 and a large, island- perfect for socialising. You will also find a sitting room with wood burner and Smart TV as well as a seperate downstairs WC. 

The first floor is home to a sleek family bathroom with seperate shower and bath. There are two, en-suite super king sized bedrooms and a large master suite with en-suite and a walk in wardrobe. 

The second floor has a combinaiton of super king sized bedrooms and twin rooms.

Set across 3 floors, the eco-friendly property is heated with an air source heat pump and has a woodburner for the all important cosy atmosphere. The ground floor is home to a stylish kitchen as well as a dining area (with piano), sitting room and peacful library.

The Ribble Valley has plenty to offer but is most famous for its walking/cycling routes, quaint villages and delicious food.
