The Lakes Distillery will be the largest new tourist attraction North West Cumbria, and the largest distillery in England.

Opening its doors for the first time in December the distillery welcomes visitors to learn about their spirits on their cutting edge distillery tour. Using advanced visual and audio technology, visitors will be taken on a tour through the ages, exploring the history of distilling, learning about what makes The Lakes Distillery’s products so special and unique, and of course having a sample of the spirits themselves!

Led by ex-Michelin star chef Terry Laybourne, Bistro at the Distillery is the distillery's new concept which will offer visitors the culinary experience of a lifetime. Focusing on using local produce to support the Cumbrian economy.
