Very close to Eden and Lanhydrock, and not far from Heligan.  A very warm welcome to our 5star award winning farmhouse and barn conversion in central Cornwall.  An ideal touring base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.  A peaceful location with magnificent views and only 2 miles from the A30.  Scenic country walks from our doorstep including The Saints Way.

A delicious homemade Cornish Cream Tea awaits you on your arrival.  You,re assured of a good nights sleep in our luxurious 6ft superking size beds.  Our award winning Aga cooked breakfast will get your day off to a good start, local produce being used as much as possible.  Breakfast can be taken in the conservatory overlooking the garden or in the oak beamed dining room.  All of the bedrooms are ensuite, two having bath as well as a shower and all have 6ft superking size beds.  Two of the bedrooms are ground floor rooms.  Our lovely oak beamed sitting room, which has an open fire for those cooler days, is well stocked with local books, maps and tourist information.  We also keep a good selection of sample menus from local pubs and restaurants in our area.

Our son Robert and his wife Heather run the dairyfarm, and are always pleased to show you around the farm and their herd of Rockset Pedigree Holsteins.

A very large spacious oak beamed  room full of charm and character, with a luxurious 6ft superkingsize bed, and spacious bath and shower en suite. This bed can convert to twin beds if preferred.  There is a fridge for guests use just outside the bedroom, which is replenished daily with fresh milk and water. 

Views of the lawn, tree lined courtyard and rolling countryside can be enjoyed from this magnificent room. Roosters is the perfect room to come back to and relax and unwind in.

The Bull Pen is a very spacious ground floor room in the luxury barn conversion boasting a luxurious 6ft superking size bed, converting to twin beds if preferred, and a spacious ensuite with bath and shower. There is a fridge just outside the bedroom which is for guests use, and this is replenished daily with fresh milk and chilled water.

This wonderful room enjoys views of the garden as well as the tree lined courtyard.

It is a ground floor annexe room off the farmhouse, with a luxurious 6ft superking size bed, which converts to twin beds if preferred, and has shower en suite.  It has its own fridge which is replenished daily with fresh milk and chilled water.

Car arrival: From the A30: Carry along the A30 ignoring signs to Bodmin. Continue until you come to Innis Downs Junction (signposted A389 Wadebridge). Follow the A389. At the 2nd roundabout take A389 (signposted Lanivet and Wadebridge) . Continue about a quarter of a mile and look out for the official brown signs ; take the first right for Lanhydrock (under bridge). Travel about two hundred yards and turn left for Lanhydrock. Go about half a mile to the top of the hill and turn sharp right signed to Bokiddick. Follow all signs to Bokiddick for one mile. (We are two miles from Innis Downs Junction).
