We look forward to welcoming you as guests to our home and we hope that your stay will be relaxing and enjoyable. If you have any concerns about the access and suitability of our accommodation, please telephone or e-mail us and we will be happy to provide you with a copy of our access statement.

Prices: Our prices include accommodation plus breakfast. We accept payments with cash, online and cards. 

Booking, confirmation and cancellation: Bookings can be made by phone/e-mail. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night stay will secure your booking. We will then confirm your booking by mail/e-mail. Cancellation must be made in writing. If less than a week’s notice is given, guests will be liable for the full cost of their stay unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We recommend that guests consider travel insurance.

Arrival: Your accommodation is available from 5pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.

Departure and balance payment: Please kindly vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am, unless otherwise arranged, to allow us time to prepare for the next guests. Your invoice for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure. We accept cash, online payments and cards.

Non-availability: We make every effort to ensure that our accommodation is available as quoted on our website, brochure and advertising but this must be confirmed at the time of booking. If we are unable to accommodate you as per your booking due circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid to us by you. Our liability does not extend beyond this refund.

Damages and Breakages:. Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. You will be invoiced for any losses, damage or extra cleaning required.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Pets: Well behaved pets are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY.

Data: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
