Hearthstone Farm

Situated high on the hill above Matlock, on the edge of the village of Riber whose castle dominates the town, our 19th century B&B farmhouse offers a warm welcome. We pride ourselves on the standard of our breakfast and use organic or locally sourced products where possible. Wonderful walks are easily available from the farm and we are willing to help with advice and maps.Cycle hire is available at both Carsington Water and The high peak trail. The local village of Cromford is a wealth of history with the original Arkwright mill and the canal. Wet days can be passed in Scarthin books. Local hostelries provide good eating all within a short didtance of Hearthstone.
