Rydon Farm B&B is a 4 Star Silver Award property situated on the outskirts of the village of Woodbury, approximately 6 miles from Exeter and 3 miles from the M5 J30 and in May 2011 was awarded a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor.

This 16th Century Devon Longhouse is close to the pebblebed heaths of Woodbury Common - an area of outstanding natural beauty. Many guests return time after time to this dairy farm which has been home to the Glanvill family for over 180 years.

The area boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants specialising in food which is freshly prepared and locally sourced. Situated in the heart of rural East Devon it is a short drive from the acclaimed Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.

It is perfectly positioned for Exeter International Airport, Westpoint Arena, Devon Record Office, Sandy Park Stadium, CTCRM, Exeter University, Sowton and Marsh Barton Industrial Estates, Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue HQ, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, Greendale Business Park, Darts Farm, Middlemoor and The Met Office.

There are three first floor letting rooms, and a recently converted ground floor room, all individually decorated and named after local rivers. All rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms and you will find a thoughtful selection of finishing touches and home comforts to enrich your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available in most parts of the house. Rooms are doubles or twins but are available for single occupancy at an attractive discount (subject to season).

Breakfast is served at individual tables in the dining room between 7.15am and 9.00am. Help yourself from the buffet table to a selection of cereals, muesli, fruit juices, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Follow this with a traditional West Country breakfast, or a choice of several lighter options, all cooked fresh to order. For numerous reasons including quality, freshness, reducing food miles and supporting the local economy, we source locally when possible.
