After a good nights sleep, you can enjoy a home cooked breakfast that has recently received the visit England breakfast award. Whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of the kentish countryside, we are only a 10 minute drive to Junction 8 of the M20 and 8 miles from the centre of Maidstone. 

We are situated in an ideal location to visit the many attractions the South East has to offer.

The local villages of Lenham and Headcorn are only 4 miles away and offer boutique shopping and a range of places to eat to suit all tastes. For those wishing to venture to London, trains available from both Lenham and Headcorn will get you there in approximately 1 hour.

The larger towns of Kent including Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Dover and Rochester are all within easy reach, and for the shopping enthusiasts the South east's largest indoor shopping centre, Bluewater, is less than a 45 minute drive away.

Popular places to visit include Leeds castle, which is only a ten minute drive away and open all year. The attractive town of Tenterden is a 20 minute drive away, and is well worth a visit with its array of shops and restaurants- you can even catch a steam train to visit the beautiful castle and grounds at Bodiam. Many other popular destinations include Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, the castles of Hever, Dover and Scotney, and for the children the Kent Life farm park and Howlett's zoo will provide hours of entertainment. The seaside resorts of Whitstable and Rye are within easy reach and well worth a visit for their quaint old world shops and beautiful beaches.
