Although set in a quiet and rural location we are Ideally situated for major towns and places to visit in Kent and East Sussex with Rye, Tenterden, Ashford just 20 minutes away, The International rail link 20 minutes drive, and the port of Dover just 35 minutes.  A perfect location for many other places of interest like Dover, Canterbury and the rural towns and villages in The Garden of England. A cyclists, ramblers and birdwatchers paradise.
