We are situated 7 miles south of Norwich,a beautiful city with many fine features including Castle ,Cathedral and the famous Sainsburys Visual Art Centre. We are within easy reach of both the Norfolk & suffolk coast lines & the Norfolk Broads. One twin/family room with en suite shower ,toilet & basin and one family suite which consists a double room and linked single/ twin room with private bathroom. Both with T.V and tea making facilities . Breakfast is served in the dining room and there is a large sitting room for guests to use.
