Full cost of first night is taken as a non refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
A deposit equivilant to the first nights stay is required to comfirm your reservation and is non refundable if the reservation has to be cancelled for whatever reason.

Please arrive between 3pm and 6pm. If you are going to be later please ring to confirm that this is convenient. We do not accept check ins after 9pm.
Please vacate your room on the morning of departure before 10am.
We can accept no responsibility for any loss or injuries to yourselves, your property or anyone else in your 'party' during your stay at Rains Farm.

You will find in your bedroom fluffy towels, quality bed linens, comprehensive hospitality tray, an array of toiletries, Flat screen TV, hairdryer and a nightime chocolate treat. Free wi fi. We recently renovated the large guests lounge to include a fully fitted luxury kitchen at one end. This is for guests to use and is complete with fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area has flat screen TV, there is also a free laundry on site and an ironing board for guests to use.
We serve deliciously scrumprious breakfasts with a choice off the menu using produce from local farms, you will not want to leave the table!

At the end of the village ( Allerston) carry straight on towards Yedingham, we are one mile down this road on the right hand side, half way between the villages of Yedingham and Allerston, 1 mile from each.
