A warm welcome awaits you at our working sheep farm situated on the Heritage Coast between Scarborough and Whitby. The farm is set in beautiful countryside with stunning views over Hayburn Wyke Bay. This old stone cottage has open beams and lots of character and many guests return year after year for a peaceful, relaxing, away from it all holiday and to enjoy good home cooking. Our delicious breakfasts include tasty eggs from our free range hens.On the farm we have rarebreed sheep, Highland cattle, sheepdogs and friendly cats. Although it may appear to be a small rural cottage we have a guests lounge, a seperate dining room and all rooms have CH. tea trays and hairdryers. Twin and double en-suite rooms including ground floor room. There are many places of interest to visit including the picturesque harbour town of Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, North York Moors Steam Railway and many more. With the Heritage Coast and the former Scarborough to Whitby rail line now a cycle track - both of which are accessible on foot from the farm- it is ideal for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
