What we offer

Relax in our spacious, comfortable en-suit bedrooms complete with TV, WiFi and tea & coffee making facilities and luxury toiletries. All three rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding Rede Valley countryside. The Reivers Room and The Percy Room have recently been refurbished using Laura Ashley wall papers. Guests can enjoy the use of our large period dinning room for breakfast and evening meals.

Enjoy a large selection of tasty breakfast options ranging from light continental to traditional full english cooked breakfast. A buffet is available every morning where guests can help themselves to Cereals, Yogurts, Fruit Juices, Fresh Fruit, Toast and Preserves.

A delicious four course Table d'Hote evening meal menu is available. All of our food is homemade and we use locally sourced produce where ever possible. Example of menu dishes include Homemade Chicken Liver Pate, Rid-Eye Streak with Chunky Chips and Scottish Raspberry Cranachan. Pre-ordering required. Guests can view our menu on our wbsite and email their choices to Jane 2 days before arrival. Childrens menu also available for families wishing to dine in.

We are a child and pet friendly establishment and the farm provides an ideal base for family holidays. There is an onsight racehorse livery yard and the racehorses can often be seen grazing in the paddocks from your bedroom window!

Dunns Houses has its own stretch of the River Rede, ideal for fishing holidays.

The Pennine Way is only 2 miles away so Dunns Houses is the ideal base for walkers looking for a tasty meal and comfy bed at the end of a long days walking!

For cyclists we provide a lockable garage for bike storage and beautiful countryside to explore.

Kielder Water is on the doorstep and offers a wide range of outdoor activities and year round events.

The Roman Wall and its many historical sights are only 15 mlies away.

Near by National Trust properties include Cragside, Wallington Hall, Belsay Hall and Alnwick Castle and Gardens.
