Hornton Grounds

Set in the peaceful Cotswold countryside between Banbury and Stratford-Upon-Avon, yet only ten minutes from the M40.

An imposing grade II listed farmhouse offering spacious rooms with all the warmth and modern comforts essential for the perfect relaxing stay. Welcoming local pubs and abundant wildlife are only a short walk away.

Guests are invited to stay in our lovely house which offers a very comfortable lounge with TV and log fires in winter and French windows leading outside on to the patio for sunny days to relax looking over our gardens and listen to the wonderful birdlife in the surrounding trees may be spot one of our woodpeckers.

Real farmhouse breakfasts are served in the Breakfast room which has a wonderful large inglenook fireplace. We use our own fresh eggs from our rare breed hens and locally sourced sausage and bacon. For those wanting a lighter breakfast we offer a continental breakfast with homemade bread and preserves and fresh coffee

Guests are also welcome to use the Reading Room in the heart of the house and enjoy the peace of no television.

We offer a choice of three double bedrooms and one twin bedded room.
