This is a pretty room at the rear of the house which overlooks the farm steading, orchard and fields. It has a comfortable kingsize bed with electric blanket. Your private bathroom is in the next door room and you can relax and stretch out in the large Victorian bath. Bath robes are supplied.

Thank you for choosing to book Wiltonburn Farm. We look forward to welcoming you.When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of this booking.
PRICES: The price includes accommodation and full breakfast. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, euros, chequre with bankers card, debit cards, and credit cards. (NB not Diners or American Express)
PETS: Horses and Dogs may be permitted but only by prior arrangement.
CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposits you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 24 hours before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will beliable tofthe total amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from, any good broker.
NON- AVAILABILTIY: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
ARRIVAL: After 4.00 p.m. (Other times by arrangement) Please confirm ETA after 4.00pm
DEPARTURE:10.30 a.m. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. Your bill is payable on departure.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for breakages or damages which you cause to our accommodation or contents. Please report theseassoon as they occur. We do not normally charge forminor breakages, but we may sendyou an invoice for repair or amking good if the damage or breakage is significant.
LIABILITY: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party orany vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
DATA: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.

Fire Safety & Access Statement
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service did their annual inspection on 2nd November 2015. New self -closing devices were fitted to the required doors and 8 new smoke/heat interlinked detectors were installed and are tested once a week.

You will be warmly welcomed and cared for as you unwind on our friendly working mixed farm.
Enjoy our rolling green hills and idyllic valley, 2 miles from Hawick, the centre of Scottish textiles. Your base for walking, riding, fishing, golf, castles and stately homes. In the sheltered garden we have a putting green and croquet lawn. Log fires and cosy rooms and our showroom containing designer cashmere knitwear, art gallery, jewellery and country gifts will make your stay more pleasurable.
The pretty family room consist of a double and single bed in one large room , with a single bed in an adjoining room with en-suite shower. This room is also available to be let as double or twin occupancy. The room over looks the vegetable garden.

ON ARRIVAL: Take the A7 out of Hawick heading south towards Carlisle for one mile. Turn right onto the B711 Roberton Road, then immediately right again. Follow the road along the riverside, keeping left around corner, and continuing on through a 'No Through Road' sign for a further mile to the end of the road. Turn right at the end of the track and the white farmhouse is on the right. Please park in car park front of Wiltonburn Country Cashmere shop, and do not turn in at Briery Hill even if "Sat Nav" tells you too!
