The Courtyard offers a complete break from the pressures of the day. Outstanding B&B accommodation with superior service and that attention to every detail ensure that all guests can relax, enjoy and recharge. Special facilities for those who are fishing or sailing are also offered, including Dinghy parking, freezers for "the catch" and a large drying room.

Located in beautiful rolling countryside, yet benefiting from close proximity to all of the major transport networks within the Midlands region, The Courtyard offers a fantastically accessible escape from the conference or meeting environment.

Extended in 2009 to include a new larger dining room, residents reading / computer room and new television lounge, our guests can choose to relax with colleagues and other guests in the elegant communal areas or slip comfortably into the total privacy and calm afforded by the individual bespoke rooms.

Nine en suite guest rooms all go to provide truly exceptional bed and breakfast accommodation, The refined development of the former stables, barns and farm yard has retained many of the original building features combining them with high quality finishes and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. And don't forget that we are also able to offer our Guests drying facilities, particularly for those who have been participating in the aquatic activities of Draycote Water!

With it's fine home-cooked cuisine and hearty breakfasts from the farmhouse kitchen, the warm welcome and the outstanding service, waking to unspoilt views and the morning chorus, return visits to The Courtyard are common, with many of our guests becoming friends of the family.

Dunchurch village offers a wide selection of various restaurants. Walking, fishing, sailing and golf are all nearby and Polo tuition is available at the Rugby Polo Club located just a short distance outside of the village.
