
The event is being held on the 25th and 26th February in aid of Hospice at Home which is a charity focusing on nursing services for people with a terminal illness.
Entries for those competing in the world famous Marmalade Festival are now open with countless categories (including two new ones) for the varieties of marmalade produced. Here are just a few of the ranges of Marmalades we can expect:
Home cooks: Seville Orange Marmalade; Romantic Marmalade; Citrus Marmalade; Military Marmalade. Children's Marmalade, made by anyone under the age of 16. Dark Chunky Marmalade; Merry Marmalade, marmalade with alcohol; Man-Made Marmalade, for guys who make their own; and Clergy Marmalade, for ministers, rabbis, monks and anyone working with a religious group

You have until the 19th of February to get your marmalade prepared and sent to Dalemain Mansion in time to reach the deadline.
