Foraging Courses
There has been a growing interest in foraging in recent years. Following media coverage from celebrity chefs, supermarkets and delis are also following suit by stocking a range of wild fungi on their shelves.
Some Farm Stay properties offer foraging courses. You can now search the Farm Stay website for properties that allow foraging and run courses in foraging.
