Bring the camping gear - forget the tent (aka glamping).  Luxury Shepherds Hut - cosy wood burning stove, electric point, full size double bed, BBQ area and patio.  On a working farm situated in a private area near a wood for nature lovers. It also has exclusive use of a Hot Spa Tub in it's own wooden cabin. The hut has the advantage of being ready set up for your arrival. Plenty of head room and ample space for two people fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle, toaster, pillows, mini fridge and fleece to cover the bed. All you need to supply are sheets & duvet or sleeping bags, pillow cases for the pull out double bed and towels.  We have a resident artisan baker on site for you to order your croissant, bread, pies or pastries.

Additional Directions Information

 From Bury St Edmunds take the A143 towards Ickworth Park and Haverhill. Travel through the village of Horringer, past Ickworth Park for a further couple of miles until you see the brown tourist sign with the picture of a horse and Rede Hall printed. The second tourist sign is at the top of our drive, continue ALL the way down the drive, over the moat and the cottages are immediately on the right.

From Haverhill direction take the A143 signposted to Bury St Edmunds, continue past Highpoint prison until you see the brown tourist sign again with the horse and Rede Hall Far. Do NOT go into the village of Rede but continue for approximately a quarter of a mile until yu see the second tourist sign at the end of the drive, continue as above.
