Our Grade II Listed Georgian stable has been carefully converted into a building providing group self catering accommodation.  With bunkbeds for 24 in two rooms of 8 and 16 this is hostel style accommodation for those with a sense of adventure!

Although simple in style, the barn is heated and has two shower rooms each with two WCs, showers and basins.  There is a large, well equipped kitchen with a large built BBQ at the back of the barn, a large dining table and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with cookers, fridges, freezer, diswasher, microwave, cafetieres and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.

The bunkbarn is available to book as one unit for Group Accommodation.  In the winter there is a minimum charge for 50% occupancy due to the cost of heating, this runs from October to April.  Single nights are from £30 per person and multiple nights from £25 per person per night. Linen hire is £10 per person for the booked period.

Footpaths (or the roads) will get you to the village pubs in 30 mins.  Whitstable 5 miles and beaches all around the Kent coast.  Good walking in the Kent Downs.

There are 2 bedrooms sleeping 16 and 8. The larger room sleeps 16 in 7 bunks and 2 single beds. These are quite simply ranged around the walls.  The smaller one sleeps 8 with 3 bunks and 2 single bed sin an 'L' shape configureation with a partition wall, affording slightly more privacy. Basic provision includes a bottom sheet, pillows/pillowcases. There are 2 shower rooms, one on each floor; each has 2 showers, 2 WCs and 2 handbasins.

Single night bookings are £30 per person

Multiple night bookings are £25 per person per night 

Linen hire (duvet & cover, bath sheet & hand towels) is available at £10 for the booking per person for the duration of the stay.

Additional Directions Information

Approach the area via the M2/J7 from London, the A299 from Ramsgate and the A2 from Dover and Faversham.  At the roundabout take the small road, Brenley Lane which is between the A2 from Canterbury and the M2 to London.  At the T junction turn left and then first right.  The farm drive is approx 300 yds on the right with the reflective Farm Stay logo at the entrance.  Come straight down the drive and over the small cross roads and the Bunkbarn is on the left.
