The cottage is situated on a working beef and sheep farm where children and their families are encouraged to meet the farm animals and to join in with seasonal activities.
The cottage is well placed for exploring North Devon, with its great selection of beaches, coastal footpaths, tarka trail cycle path or just taking in the breath taking scenery of the Exmoor National Park.
