Small farm with cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and ponies set in beautiful scenic countryside yet only 10 minutes drive to World Heritage Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe.

Newly renovated cottage is situated in a very peaceful and scenic location where there are many footpaths criss-crossing the valley, you can get glimpses of deer, hawks and all other faune and flora.

The cottage is single storey and has 2 double berooms, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc, large lounge with inglenook fireplace complete with log burner and bread oven. Outside there is plenty of private parking and sunny patio.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong, brunch or dine al fresco on the sunny patio, stroll down to the River Coly for a paddle and see the ponies along the way. Curl up on the sofa in front of the cosy inglenook fireplace with a glass of wine.. enjoy!
