Each cottage sleeps 4, excellently equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave etc. Parking outside cottage, garden, patio, BBQ etc. Free WIFI. Floral gardens to relax in, or take a stroll along the country lanes. In nearby area are National Trust properties, thatched villages, children's leisure parks, animal parks, coastal trams, city shopping, coastal areas, woodland, moorland, so much to keep all ages occupied. We live in an area that is renowned for its amazing views, with lots of things to do whatever your age, but at the same time a great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowds and relax in floral gardens and just watch the wildlife.

Additional Directions Information

From M5 (J28) at Cullompton take A373 towards Honiton.  After 7 miles we are the at bottom of the hill on right hand side, just before the Awliscombe village sign.  From A30/A303/A35  come into Honiton Town Centre and take right hand turn at traffic lights towards Cullompton and Awliscombe A373.  We are 2.5 miles from traffic lights, having gone right through the village and then over a bridge, we are on left hand side with post and rail fence entrance with large farm sign saying Godford Farm.  What3words = maddening.stated.wicket
