3 delightful cottages on a 300 acre family run sheep/arable farm on the foothills of Exmoor. Enclosed gardens, ample parking, free Wifi and electricity. Ideal for moor and beaches.

Our 3 cottages are all furnished to provide tasteful and homely accommodation including woodburners, digital TV, DVD player, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, use of tumble dryer, iron, cot/highchair, duvets and bed linen provided. Free Wifi access is available in Drewstone Arches and Woodcutter's Cottage. Garden furniture, barbeque, ample parking with freedom to roam the farm or just relax in your own enclosed garden.


Woodland Hideaway looks out over a wooded valley, this unique setting provides the ideal get away from it all location. It sleeps 6 with central heating throughout. The ground floor has kitchen/diner, a lounge with a patio door opening out directly on to the lawn, one twin bedroom and a downstairs toilet. The first floor includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bath/shower room.


Drewstone Arches is a 16th century detached barn conversion sleeping 5 with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge upstairs to maximise the countryside views. The ground floor consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom as well as a bath/shower room.


Woodcutter's Cottage is our newest barn conversion sleeping 4. the ground floor has a kitchen and a lounge, both rooms have patio doors leading out on to the patio and the large garden. Also a bath/shower room. The first floor has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and an upstairs toilet.


Close at hand is Exmoor, with it's heathered moorland, wooded valleys and winding rivers, making an ideal spot for walking or picnics. Lynmouth, Watersmeet, Landacre bridge and Tarr Steps are all unique attractions. the market town of South Molton is only 3 miles away and provides all necessary facilities. some cosy country pubs are recommended for eating out. nearby Croyde bay is famous for it's surfing while Woolacombe and Putsborough provide some of the finest beaches in the country.

The 3 bedroom cottage has its own entrance and enclosed garden. Sleeping 6. First Floor: One double room, one twin room, and bath/shower room. Ground Floor: One twin bedroom.

The house has been furnished and equipped to provide tasteful accommodation, electric central heated throughout, and double glazed. All colour co-ordinated furnishing with borders, silk/dried flowers, pine furniture. The lounge has a wood burner and colour TV/DVD. Patio doors open direct onto the lawns with garden furniture and barbeque.Electricity included in the price (except central heating which is pound coin metered).

Comprising: One double bedroom, one twin, a single room and recently refurbished bath/shower room on the ground floor. Lounge with woodburner, exposed beams and television/DVD player. Oak fitted kitchen / diner.

Electricity included in the price (except central heating which is pound coin metered).

The stone arches were designed to allow cart horses headroom when moving carts and other horse drawn machinery in and out.

Our new barn conversion, the name coming from its last farm use. Sleeping four plus a cot with one double room and one twin room. Modern bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Up and downstairs toilets.

The luxury kitchen offers views over rolling hills where the morning sun has direct access through the large windows looking out onto the spacious patio with garden furniture. Cosy lounge with extensive views through french doors leading down natural stone steps to a large enclosed lawn and ample parking.

Additional Directions Information

Leave the A361 at Bish Mill gate roundabout turning North (sign posted to Whitechapel) follow that road for approximately 1 1/2 miles until you reach a T-junction. Turn right and immediately over a hump backed bridge past a cottage on your right, as you start to climb the hill our farm lane is the next on your right (about 400 metres for the hump backed bridge).
