Five rural farmhouse/cottages/barn conversions to sleep 6-7-7-11-16 guests in the beautiful, peaceful and picturesque Marshwood Vale.

Taphouse farmhouse sleeps 16 in 6 bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms. It has a large well equiped kitchen/ diner with entry to the lounge with open fire.large enclosed lawned garden and games barn. Off road parking.

From June 2012 there will be a hot tub on the patio at Taphouse Farmhouse.

Courthouse Dairy sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms and has 3 bath/shower rooms. Open plan kitchen /lounge with the dining tables and chairs in the conservatory.
Courthouse cottage sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms and has 2 shower rooms. Well equiped kitchen, lounge and dining area with country views over the fenced garden.
Courthouse Farmhouse sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bathroom. Open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. Enclosed lawned area and parking.

Courthouse Dairy, Cottage and Farmhouse shares a games barn and from June 2012 there will be a hot tub.

The Stable sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has 2 bath/shower rooms plus WC. Open plan kitchen /dining area/lounge leading onto a patio area and small lawn.
The Hayloft sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms and has 3 bath/shower rooms. Open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge leading onto a patio area and lawned garden.

Guests are welcome to wander around the working family farm with cows, beef and sheep . The properties are 3-4 miles from the Jurassic Coast of Charmouth and Lyme Regie, a fossil hunters paradise. Great local beaches, water sports, fishing, museums, pubs and food restaurants.

Open all year for weeks, weekends and short breaks. Friday or Monday changovers. Off peak- different arrival days available by arrangement.
