Ninfield Holiday Cottages

The Courtyard has it's own garden and shared parking and is peacefully located. There are great views to the coast, and a fantastic range of attractions and activities nearby. Our cottage is converted to the highest standard, is centrally heated and fully equipped. 

The Courtyard has a large kitchen, spacious living room, one en suite double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one triple bedroom, bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower over the bath.  There are three single steps within The Courtyard. 

The Courtyard opens out on to it's own garden with a patio and seating. Included for your stay are all towels, bedding and electricity. Cots and highchairs are available. All are non smoking areas.

Peacefully situated in 1066 Country, with great views to the South Downs and coast, the farm primarily produces beef with a small amount of corn and has 3.5acres of well stocked fishing lakes. A good range of restaurants, farm shops and pubs are nearby. Post Office, shop, petrol station and Mini Mart are all within 1mile. Battle, which also has a mainline railway station direct to London, is a 10min drive away, as is the beach at Bexhill. The seaside resorts of Eastbourne and Hastings with their shopping, theatre and leisure facilities are 20mins drive. The quaint town of Rye and picturesque village of Alfriston are always worth visiting. Local attractions are many and varied and details are available of places to visit. Gatwick Airport is a 45min drive & Ashford International Station with its passenger Eurostar service is a 1hr drive. Shuttle services to Calais are 1hr 15min drive. Open all year.
