We are situated on the Essex, Herts, Cambridgeshire border yet only 1 Hour to London, 25minutes from Stansted Airport. Audley End House, Duxford Museum, Cambridge and Newmarket all nearby. The Market Town of Saffron Walden is a must with its historic buildings, medieval streets, museum and plenty of shops to browse.

The self catering cottages have been furnished to a very high standard with the comfort of our guests in mind. The kitchen/diner is equipped with oven,hob,hood,microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher in the larger cottages. The large lounge has comfortable chairs and sofas, music centre.TV/DVD The Bedrooms are large, bathrooms have either shower or whirlpool bath. Central heating throughout. 

The large landscaped garden with patio, garden furniture, gas barbeque and outdoor games is ideal for children. There are two bikes available for you to use

Eating out, no problem with a good choice of local restaurants and pubs including The Cricketers in Clavering will provide you with an excellent menu.

The nearby fishing lakes, daily tickets available, or a walk around the lake followed by tea and homemade cake in the fisherman's Lodge.

Linen and towels are provided. Cot, High chair, Stair gate available on request. Internet Access available. Flexible change over day
