Just a quick mail to let you know that everything is fine in Elm Cottage. I think you should know that this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. I've been very fortunate to travel all over the UK and to many parts of the world over the last ten years and I've rarely encountered the high standard of accommodation that Elm Cottage offers.
It's beautifully appointed and the layout is brilliant. All the rooms flow together really well. It's warm, cosy and I feel perfectly safe. I have been unable to work the last two days due to snow and I'm not in the least bit sorry! I think you have it bang on. It's a real gem, and I feel privileged to stay here.
