Overlooking the farmhouse gardens and paddocks in a very peaceful Fenland setting, and yet only a few minutes drive to the Historic market town of Spalding and Springfields Festival Gardens and Outlet Shopping Centre, www.stennettsfarmcottages.co.uk, truly offer you the best of both worlds.

Dating back to the mid eighteen hundreds, the cottages were the former cart horse stables, and have been recently converted to  two separate -four star luxury holiday cottages, and also for 2011 the new Harness Store - three star Studio cottage, which is more compact but very economically priced.

The Chaff House cottage has a double bedroom with views across the farm paddocks and beyond, and also a double sofa bed in the lounge area for additional guests.  The fully fitted open plan kitchen includes an electric cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.  The lounge area, with flat screeen tv/dvd player with freeview channels has french doors leading onto paved and grass lawned area with views across the farmhouse garden and paddocks.  Along the hallway, there is a fully fitted  shower room with power shower and ample towels, NB  Access to the new Harness Store cottagette extension can be gained internally from this point, if booked as a joint cottage package.

The Copper House with the Nook has two double bedrooms both with their own shower rooms and tv/dvd players complete with freeview channels.  The main bedroom overlooks the private Courtyard, and the second double bedroom overlooks the farmhouse gardens.   The fully fitted kitchen has the same appliances at the Chaff House, and the lounge area of the Copper House has french doors opening into the private paved patio and large gravelled Courtyard.

The Copper House can be rented without the Nook if so desired at a reduced price. The Nook can also be rented as an ensuite room only if so desired at a separate rate.

The "new for 2011" Harness Store studio cottage, can be offered in its own right as a self contained "cottagette".  This studio style open plan style smaller cottage consists of a double bed, with the benefit of a double sofa bed also in the room.  There is a kitchenette and dining area off the main area of the cottage, and a separate shower room with large shower.  French doors open onto a private patio area, with view across the farmyard paddocks and beyond.  This smaller cottagette is more economically priced but still offers very high quality accommodation.
