The Old Cartsheds

This newly refurbished spacious cottage is a converted 19th Century cart shed at Wicken Farm, Tittleshall, once part of the Holkham Estate. No longer a working farm, Wicken Farm is a very quiet location more than half a mile from any other dwelling.

There are fantastic views all round as it is the second highest point in Norfolk. It is possible to see over 10 miles of beautiful Norfolk countryside on a clear day. There are many country and woodland walks in the vicinity, in fact there is footpath access immediately off the farm.

The North Norfolk coast is only 25 minutes away and the market towns of Dereham and Fakenham only 15 minutes.

It is situated half way between Norwich and Kings Lynn.

There is a shop within 2 miles and a Pub with Real Ales and Food within 3 miles. The cottage itself has a completely enclosed fenced garden with large grass play area and separate patio area with barbecue and garden furniture.
