Conveniently situated 4 miles west of Alnwick. Central for the coast and hills. Solid pine furniture; double-glazing and central heating throughout. Safe south facing gardens, patio furniture. Wifi for Guests' use

Dene View has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard with solid pine furniture. It is equipped with all the modern amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in the countryside. Dene View is completely double-glazed with thermostatically controlled central heating throughout, fully fitted kitchen and a washbasin with shaver point in each bedroom, fitted carpets in the living room and bedrooms with a tiled floor in kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with a shower over the bath. There is also an open log fire.

All bed linen, towels (not leisure towels), electricity and fuel are included in the weekly rental so there are no extra hidden costs. There is also a hair dryer for guests' use.

The cottage is on one level.

There is ample car parking at the cottage. The south facing garden is safe and has a built-in BBQ and garden furniture.

The outbuildings are heated and secure, suitable for airing/drying outdoor clothes and storing your cycles.

Additional Directions Information

By car - from the A1 follow sign to Alnwick Town centre, take the B6341 to Rothbury for two miles, signpost right junction to Broome Hill. Two miles, keep left at fork. Broome Hill is the first farm that you come to.
