It has its own access and parking. Four pubs and the village shop are within easy reach of this tranquil setting. Several other pubs are within a short car journey. The town of Bishop’s Castle is ten minutes away, with a good delicatessen and two small supermarkets. The town also boasts several interesting cafes and pubs, two of which brew their own beer. The gastronomic centre of Ludlow with its market, castle and numerous eateries is about twenty minutes. The fascinating Coalbrookdale museums at Ironbridge are about half an hour away as is the county town of Shrewsbury with all modern facilities including theatre, multiplex cinema and many restaurants.
