The Lookout

The Lookout, open all year, has central heating and double glazing throughout. 1 ground floor twin bedroom with shower/wetroom, 1 first floor twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Open plan living area and well equipped galley kitchen on first floor with french windows and small balcony overlooking acres of open countryside. Outside a large grassed area has a picnic table, use of a barbecue on request, and designated parking. Holly Farm is  close to rivers, coast, and Alton Water Reservoir, Constable Country, Sutton Hoo, Jimmy's Farm (next village) and so much else.
