Bothy

The Bothy is a self contained cottage, sleeps two only, adjacent to the farmhouse, so you are not isolated but still private. It has been converted from a grain, apple store and the old wash house.
On the ground floor there is kitchen/dining area, walking through to a sitting room.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment provided.
The sitting room is cosy,  with TV and DVD player plus a radio and cd player.
Upstairs to the gallery, where seating has been placed for a quiet reading area.
Through to the bedroom and en-suite shower room. You are provided with bedding (duvet), towels, alarm clock radio and a hairdryer.
The outside patio faces west so has the afternoon and evening sun plus some spectacular sunsets, not to be missed. Enjoy your supper sitting outside while the sun is setting.
We are happy to accept your dog by prior arrangement, there would also be a charge. We normally limit to one dog and please be aware we have our own cats, dogs and chickens that roam freely.
The Bothy is heated by electricity.
A laundry service is available.
Should you wish to have friends join you we can provide Bed and Breakfast in the Farmhouse and also have a Caravan Club CL site on the property.
We have a large pond on site for Carp Fishing although we close it from 15th March to 15th June.
There are plenty of very good pubs providing excellent eating in a 5 mile radius, saves the cooking!
