The five cottages have been lovingly restored and adapted from 17th Century barns, an old milking parlour and a grain store to provide ‘Five Star’ luxury self-catering cottages for 2 to 16 people, whether staying here for a couple of days or weeks.
They are positioned amongst 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire farmland in the North of the Cotswolds, encompassing an impressive antique tractor collection, a delightful model railway exhibition, an orchard carp lake with fish feeding and farm trails where you can wander endlessly spotting badgers, deer, butterflies and birds whilst enjoying the outstanding views of the landscape and the Burton Dassett Hills beyond.

You will be welcomed by fiona the farmers wife with a home made cake, chilled wine and fresh flowers.

There are 5 luxury cottages here, all awarded 5 Star Gold, and sleeping from 2 to 10 people. We are very suitable for larger groups and have a long tradition of providing the perfect place to come and meet up, whether you are friends, family or business. Two cottages have dining facilities for up to 16 people (Ploughman’s Rest and Oak House) so that families and friends can dine together. With our large car park, good central position and lots to see and do, it makes Knightcote the perfect spot to spend a few days.

We provide quality towels and bed linen and all beds are made up ready for your arrival. We have baby equipment available for your use and also many Accessibility items (three Cottages have NAS Accessible grading) – please contact us before you arrive to arrange their use.

If you like walking or cycling, we have some great walks (please bring sturdy boots) and cycle routes right on our doorstep.

Having two bathrooms, Sleeplate is ideal for friends sharing, or for a family with two children. Being parents ourselves, we understand that … by the time you’ve got all the kit they need in the car, you’re lucky if there’s room for a toothbrush for you.
