The Durrance Holiday Cottages offer a relaxed rural retreat whether you are on holiday or business it is an ideal place to get-away-from-it-all and relax in the countryside.

The Farmhouse, Oxen and Cider Mill Cottages are set within The Durrance courtyard overlooking beautiful Worcestershire countryside in a peaceful location, yet we are only 4 miles from Bromsgrove and 2.5miles from the picturesque village of Chaddesley Corbett. We are ideally situated for visiting the Cotswolds, Wyre Forest, Malvern, Worcester, NEC and the surrounding area. We are 5 miles from Junction 5 / M5 and 7 miles from Junction 1 / M42.

Oxen and Cider Mill are two ground floor self catering cottages tastefully furnished with the original oak beams. Each cottage has a patio leading out into the garden where you can enjoy a barbeque on a warm summer evening.

The cottages sleep 4 and 3 people and provide an excellent base for family get-togethers. If you are attending a wedding or family celebration we are within easy reach of Brockencote Hall, Grafton Manor, Stone Manor and The Granary or if you have children attending Bromsgrove School we are well situated.

For the more energetic we have a tennis court for you to use and there is a golf range 1 mile away. For wildlife there are many lovely walks through Chaddesley Woods and the Upton Warren Nature Reserve is only 3 miles away. The Jinney Ring Craft Centre at Hanbury and Hanbury Hall are a good day out, along with Avoncroft Musuem of Buildings and the well known Webbs of Wychbold – a garden centre with something for everyone. The Durrance offers a relaxed, friendly, family run experience…..we hope you will come and enjoy it!

The Farmhouse is the private wing of the The Durrance. It has a new fully equipped kitchen with dining room and 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms. There is a door leading out to the garden from the downstairs bedroom, so you can enjoy the views from your own garden.

Oxen Cottage is a tastefully furnished ground floor cottage, ideal for people not keen on stairs. Oxen has a double and a twin bedroom and enough room for a cot.

Oxen has a walk in shower in the bathroom.

There is a garden to the rear with patio area and a b-b-q for you to enjoy.

Plenty of off road parking  and a tennis court for your use. Children can help collect eggs from our hens.

Cider Mill Cottage is a tastefully furnished ground floor cottage. It has a double and a single bedroom. ( The double bed can be made into a twin bedded room). There is room for a cot in the single bedroom.

There is a garden to the rear with patio area and a b-b-q for your use. Plenty of off road parking and a tennis court for your use. Children can help collect eggs from our hens.

Car arrival: From the South west - Exit junction 5 of M5. Take A38 towards Bromsgrove. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn left into Crown Lane at the Crown public house. Follow lane to the end approximately 2 miles to cross roads. Turn right into Berry Lane. We are 2.5 miles at top of hill on right hand side. Sign outside house.

From the North - J4 of M5 or East/South J1 of M42.  Take the A38 towards Bromsgrove. Take the A448 following signs for Kidderminster, travel for 3.5 miles. Turn left into Berry Lane, we are 1/2 mile on the left hand side
