All properties have full central heating.patio and garden furnitures, Open grass area to the exterior of the cottages is ideal for barbecues, relaxing or a great game of football. The cottages are fully accessible and can accommodate guests of all abilities with level access to all areas.  Perfect for families,(grandparents included) couples or friends looking for that ideal location from which to explore Yorkshire and all it has to offer. Easily accessible from the A1, M1 and M62 motorways ensuring you are never far from amazing attractions, stunning scenery, spectacular shopping, history, culture, outstanding outdoor activities whatever you're looking for, you can be sure it isn't too far from our doorstep. Historic York is only a 15 minute drive away but don't drive into the city,  take advantage of the park and ride service at York's Designer Outlet (but leave enough time to visit the Outlet and bag that designer bargain!). The North Yorkshire Moors and east coast resorts are all within 1-1-1/2 hrs drive. with the undiscovered Yorkshire Wolds much nearer. We are none smoking,  Pets are welcome by arrangement .
