Barbara Palmer Elected Worectershire Director

Award-winning farm accommodation group Farm Stay UK, is pleased to announce that long term member Barbara Palmer has been elected Regional Director for the Heart of England. Barbara replaces Deborah Lea who recently retired after nearly ten years service as Regional Director and Vice Chairperson for the group.
"I am delighted to have been elected Regional Director of Farm Stay Heart of England and I am looking forward to the challenges ahead. Farm Stay UK has achieved a great deal since it launched over 25 years ago and I hope to help continue the growth of the Heart of England group and Farm Stay UK over the coming seasons," commented Barbara.
Sandy Barker of Tiltridge Farm & Vineyard and B & B entered the Best Breakfast Category of Destination Worcestershire's Welcome Awards 2009. Having been nominated by guests of the B & B, she was one of three finalists who had to cook breakfast at Tiltridge for two judges. The awards ceremony was held at the Fusion Brasserie in Stoulton and Sandy was delighted to achieve third place and a "Highly Commended" award against extremely stiff competition.
