A perfect sunny day saw Heart of England Fine Foods in conjunction with Tenbury Wells town council held their first Food Festival in the town, and we were invited to do a demonstration of how to cook the perfect breakfast.
Barbara Palmer from Overwood B & B bravely volunteered, and supported by Jarka Robinson from Rochford Park Cottages cooked a full english, the perfect poached egg with asparagus soldiers, and scrambled egg on her husband's homemade bread - all on a 4 ring gas hob.
Compered by Katie Johnson, local well known BBC radio presenter, it was a well attended event and an entertaining 30 minutes for a lively audience, who also went away with local and national accommodation guides.
