Britain has spectacular countryside. So it’s no surprise that it boasts a high number of bed and breakfasts and country cottages many of which are registered with Farm Stay.

What better activity to enhance your countryside stay than to visit the local pub.  Whether for a quick drink before you return to your Farm B&B or country property.  Or to treat yourself and eat out for lunch, dinner or a quick snack.  Many use local produce and have daily specials you can choose from.

Ask your host to recommend their favourite nearby pub for you to try.

Staying in one of our rural properties will allow you to enjoy a relaxing countryside break.  All our cottages are self catering, so you benefit from a level of independence and privacy not found at a hotel – able to come and go as you please, choosing whether to eat in or out.   Alternatively, find a bed and breakfast  where you will enjoy being looked after and can expect a hearty farmhouse breakfast.

Every Farm Stay property is regularly inspected and graded by the AA or Visit England, meaning you can be confident that it will be up to scratch.
