Bird Watching Holidays in Norfolk

Norfolk is perfect for bird watching holidays and short breaks. With the wonderful Norfolk Coast and The Norfolk Broads, there are so many opportunities to enjoy bird watching in this part of East Anglia. You can hire a day boat on the Norfolk Broads and enjoy birdwatching along the river! 
There are several RSPB Reserves in Norfolk including Titchwell Marsh at Brancaster in North Norfolk, Snettisham Reserve near Hunstanton & Berney Marshes & Breydon Water near Great Yarmouth.   Our Norfolk Holiday Cottages and Farmhouse B&B are ideal for bird watching holidays and many are close to the RSPB Bird Reserves. Norfolk is the perfect place to enjoy the countryside & coastal birds and with the farm footpaths & trails you do not need to venture far to see some fabulous bird life in this area. 

In addition to the vast expanse of The Norfolk Broads there are are some amazing coastal walks near the bird reserves, and another place worth visiting is Blakeney Point which is a National Nature Reserve situated near to the villages of Blakeney, Morston and Cley next the Sea on the north Norfolk coast. Blakeney is well known as a breeding ground for grey seals, and the seal pups are born between November and early January.
