Self Catering Holiday Cottages on a Working Farm, Devon

Devon Farm Stay members offer accommodation on dairy farms, arable units as well as beef, sheep or pig farms so please do liaise with the owner to establish the type of farm you are thinking of visiting before booking.  Some of our members may be able to offer a hands on experience and allow guests to get involved in everday life on a Devon farm.  Others will welcome you and be happy to provide you with an insight of life on the farm but due to health and safety and insurance requirements, it may not be possible to become physically involved - we therefore advise that you confirm with owners before booking.   Our self catering accommodation will be furbished to high standards, with everything you need for a great stay in the countryside all year round.   Enjoy waking up to birds singing, an array of wildlife playing in the distant fields and wide open spaces for children to play in.  Spend evenings relaxing in well kept gardens watching incredible sunsets and gazing at bright stars in unpolluted skies - there is no better way to spend your holiday or short break!  One thing you will always be guaranteed on a Devon working farm is the warm welcome you are sure to receive and the ability to tap into the local knowledge that many of our members will be able to share with you.    Devon offers so much to see and do for all the family - enjoy the combination of moorland and coast line; sandy beaches; quaint little countryside towns and villages; cities of historical interest; National Trust properties; spectacular gardens and great attractions for all the family.
