The Herefordshire Trail circles the city of Hereford and is 150 miles, broken into 10 stages; this trail is fantastic for dog walkers, giving the chance for a person to see much of this beautiful county.
The Black Mountain is another opportunity to view Herefordshire, this time from above. At over 700 metres above sea-level the Black Mountain is the highest point in England, south of the Yorkshire Dales and offers amazing views across the border into Wales and over Herefordshire.

The Wye Valley is another must for any keen dog walker to visit. Designated an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty", it provides some truly stunning scenery and is a beautiful mix of the river, open fields and woodland.
