In a secluded part of East Devon overlooking the River Wolf - A glamping pod on a working dairy farm. It is somewhere to relax, unwind and recharge.  Under starry skies, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields.  30 minute drive to the coast and the nearby town of Sidmouth. Footpaths to walk and views of the valley to be seen.

The wooden Shepherd's Hut is in a quiet and secluded spot overlooking a course fishing pond and the River Wolf - a tributary to the River Otter. Listen to the birds singing and you also may see Ducks, Otters and even Beavers are not far away. The hut is equipped with a day bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed. Table and chairs, picnic bench for those long lazy evenings next to the fire pit which can also be used for cooking. A gas fired camping stove is ideal for boiling the kettle or using the frying pan. There is a camping toilet situated behind the hut or proper toilet facilities and hot water washing facilities is a short walk the other side of the pond. Access the area over a wooden bridge above the stream and this also will give you access to the public footpath for a country walk to admire the views over the nearby town of Honiton which is only a mile and half away for local shopping. A farm shop, and cafe is also within walking distance along with the local pub. The pond is available for coarse fishing lots of common and mirror carp. Solar panel lighting and USB connection for phone and tablet charging. Just bring a pillow and a duvet for a quiet break.

Additional Directions Information

From Honiton take the A373 towards Cullompton.  When in the village go past the Land Rover Experience entrance on the right and just around the corner take the turning left signed to 'Weston'.  (there is a blue no HGV sign).  This is Weston Lane on the map Follow the lane approx 400 yards down the road take the turning right (there is a camping and caravan sign on the gatepost)  Follow the track down to the farm
