A warm welcome awaits you on our family run Sheep, Beef and laying Hen farm. Come and relax in our comfortable rooms, all en-suite, and enjoy exploring the lovely Cheshire countryside.

Holly Tree Farm nestles under Jodrell Bank's famous Lovell Telescope, set in beautiful Cheshire countryside with views over to the Peak Distict, our working Sheep Beef and laying Hens farm offers comfortable accomodation with all en-suite rooms to ensure your stay is very relaxing. We have three rooms next to the farm house  in an adjacent house, this allows you to come and go as you please.  

David, Dawn and their three sons are the third generation to farm here. We farm over 100 acres. We also  have a small shop where we sell our own eggs and local produce such as potatoes and various other vegetables.

We welcome in our home business people, holiday makers or anyone passing through the area.

We are lucky to have several national trust places on our door step, they are well worth a visit. We are Easily accessible for Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. 

If you feel like a lie in we offer A Room ONLY at a discounted rate.

Generous breakfasts using local produce are served in our adjacent farmhouse dining room.

We have a variety of good local pubs

Sorry we are unable to take Dogs as we are a working farm

Holly Tree Farm is conveniently located for central Cheshire and Macclesfield, M6 J18 4miles, Manchester 15 miles. Manchester International Airport is a half hour drive away.
