A working farm park attraction with B&B and campsite situated in an AONB just 1/2 a mile from the stunning Porthcothan Bay, on the North Cornwall coast.

We have 3 lovely spacious rooms available for bed & breakfast throughout the year. All rooms are en suite and have wonderful sea views. They are fully equipped with television, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

Plus you have free admission to our seasonal Farm Park during your stay! Great for family and friends that don’t do camping!

Packed lunches can be provided at an additional cost with at least 48 hours notice if special dietary requirement. The shop and cafe are available when the Farm Park is open to purchase amongst others snacks, food and beverages including alcohol.

This is an ideal base for touring this magnificent area of outstanding natural beauty, especially those wanting to enjoy walking the Padstow - Newquay section of the SW Coastal Path. We’re just half a mile from Porthcothan Bay and the local bus service stops right outside our entrance. You can walk out in each direction from here and catch the bus back.

For onward coastal walkers, luggage transfers can be arranged via an external company at a reasonable charge, and packed lunches can be ordered with 48 hours notice if a special dietary requirement is to be catered for at an additional cost.

Room 1 is a large Family sized room with a king sized bed and single bed as standard. The room can also fit an extra single guest bed for an additional cost, and a cot can also be added (no extra cost).

Our rooms are lovely, spacious, en-suites and have wonderful sea views. They are fully equipped with television, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Pricing based on 2 sharing, on a bed and breakfast basis, each additional guest £20 per night.

Breakfast is served downstairs in our cafe.  You have a choice of cooked options on our menu from The Old Macs full english, to pancakes and maple syrup and much more. Along with a choice of hot beverages, cereals, juices, fresh fruit and yogurt.

Plus you have free admission to our seasonal Farm Park attraction during your stay times advised on check-in!
