Tucked away from public roads, on a secluded sheep farm this is an ideal hideaway for exploring the stunning beauty of Exmoor and North Devons coast with it's historic harbours Lynton/Lynmouh & Clovelly. Visit the gardens of RHS Rosemoor and Marwood Hill, National Trust properties; Arlington Court & Watersmeet, or play golf at one of the many golf courses in the area.

Explore the farm and meet the friendly farm animals (hens with chicks & Jacob sheep lambing in April), using the Devon Wildlife farm walk with panoramic views and abundant wildlife, badgers, owls, red deer etc.

Situated on the Tarka Trail and Macmillan Way West, leave the car behind and enjoy circular walks from the doorstep.

Awake to a delicious freshly cooked breakfast of farm and local produce including free range hens eggs, home-baked bread & home-made preserves.

Car Arrival:

If travelling via the M5,come off at Junction 27 (approx 32 miles from Huxtable) and follow A361 west towards Barnstaple.

Approx 30 miles from the M5 and 2 miles after North Aller roundabout, take right turn signposted West and East Buckland. Huxtable Farm is situated half way between West and East Buckland villages, so drive through West Buckland in the direction of East Buckland. The entrance to Huxtable Farm's private half mile lane, will be seen on the right opposite West Buckland Public School. West and East Buckland villages are 1 mile apart.
