Charles and Sue Warner offer a warm and friendly welcome to their large red brick bed and breakfast farmhouse which is of an exceptionally high standard.

With breakfast served in the sunlounge offering full cooked, with bacon and sausages locally sourced and our own free range eggs fresh from the farm. We mostly have grazing cattle and arable, with a few horses, ponies and pet lambs. We are situated within easy reach of M5 and M50 and the Cotswolds, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

The familiy unit is rather unique; entry is up the original,16th century, wooden stair case

The first bedroom consists of 2 twin beds and the usual complementary tea,coffee and biscuit tray plus flat screen television.

Leading into a double and single bedded room with Tea, coffee and biscuit tray and flat screen television.  Both these adjoining rooms have been refurbished with new beds and bed linen.  The large bath/shower room has everything you would expect.

Car arrival: Exit junction 9 of the M5 motorway towards Tewkesbury. Left handed at first traffic lights until first major roundabout. Turn left onto the A38 towards Gloucester for one mile. Turn right at the traffic lights onto the B4123. For three miles. Cross over the River Severn and a quarter of a mile turn right at crossroads towards Chacely (church road) a quarter of a mile first farm on the right. Past Popular trees.
